Raindrop Bracelet

I brought from your website for the first time ever , I brought this bracelet ( raindrop bracelet ) for my sisters birthday she tried in on and I completely broke !!!
I am super upset and annoyed about this as it shouldn't break and it was the first ever time she had tried it on !!!!!
Can I please be sent a new one. I’m hoping it was just a fault and not a reoccurring issue with the brand.
